Do you sign up for free on-line learning? or paid?

Some you pay for like the Open University, Khan Academy, Udemy. But some of these organisation also provide some learning for free.  FutureLearn for instance, provides MOOCs for free, though if you want a certificate you need to pay. Similarly, for a lot of courses, now the organisations have created a business model so that  if you want continued access after you’ve finished,  you need to pay.
